Baby B was born while we were visiting family in Salt Lake City over the holidays, so I was able to photograph him at just THREE days old before we left town. It’s hard to imagine that I’ll have my own newborn (my number three) in just four weeks. Did you know? ;)

My baby boy turned FOUR on the 9th and his mommy turned thirty on the 4th… eek! We were both given lots of love and had some great parties. Halloween lasted an entire week with event after event (it felt like it lasted all month) and our sweet Ruby Beth started officially walking 100% of the time at only 19 months old. Hallelujah!!!! Fall is my favorite time of year– and I love being able to wear a scarf and boots again (even though this CA weather doesn’t seem to be cooperating with my choice of wardrobe)… I’m not complaining! It’s lovely, LOVELY here this time of year.

 

Mr. Jordan Beckham Allred on his 4th birthday. That blanky of his is getting ratty. Super Hero Party— check. We counted down to the day of his party with paper rings for 18 days straight. It’s all he talked about for weeks. I think it was a success… thank goodness!

Capes with personalized letters for each guest– check.  Cut-out, glued and hand made by non other than the birthday boy’s (not crafty at all!!) momma… hours of cutting felt has never been so painless– knowing how excited he was for his party made it worth every minute. Ruby spent the entire 4 hours in the jumpy house jumping up and down in the sitting position. She is something else… A quick peak at Halloween at the Allred house.

Ruby Beth = Cabbage Patch Kid. Costume made by the talented Miranda over at one little minute 

Beckham = Captain America of course. He’s only been wearing his Halloween every day since last July.

You can purchase her pattern right here in her shop.  I think it’s absolutely adorable– and so versatile with the changing seasons, just add a cardigan and tights!
