Why Hello You!

Welcome to my Days in Focus. I'm a photographer, a wife and a mother and this is a place I like to document and share tid-bits of my daily life captured by my lens. I am inspired by photography- in my opinion, it is one of the best gifts that we have.

Days in Focus is a creative outlet for the the hundreds of images I take, each month, that document my world. A big part of that world includes my two children. You'll have to forgive me, there's been few days in Beckham and Ruby's life when they haven't been photographed. My only excuse is that I can't help myself. =)

Kelli, we do have some Schleich, but this one is actually a Safari LTD which I think I might like even better. Both great quality. This elephant was a gift from grandma and purchased at a local toy store- but his others I bought on Amazon (not realizing they were the jumbo size)… and for much less than any store I’ve seen them in. Lets meet up for a San Fran zoo trip!

we totally get this animal phase. my kids are both obsessed (in any form).

these look like Schleich which we love, but i’ve never found such big ones (other than the dinosaurs). where do you get yours?
