Welcome to my Days in Focus. I'm a photographer, a wife and a mother and this is a place I like to document and share tid-bits of my daily life captured by my lens. I am inspired by photography- in my opinion, it is one of the best gifts that we have.

Days in Focus is a creative outlet for the the hundreds of images I take, each month, that document my world. A big part of that world includes my two children. You'll have to forgive me, there's been few days in Beckham and Ruby's life when they haven't been photographed. My only excuse is that I can't help myself. =)

more handsome-ness

Can you believe all of this “handsome-ness?” As of late, I feel like I’ve been around a lot of very adorable baby boys. Baby Oliver was among them, as well as his strapping older brother.

I’ve nominated a few of the following images as some of my favorites in 2011. I feel like a child on Christmas morning when browsing through a batch of pictures and coming across something that I simply love. It reminds me how passionate I am for what I do and for photography in general. I’m reminded daily that I have the best job in the entire world. =)
